- 1 pound of turkey
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbs of cinnamon
- salt and pepper
- 2 cans of rancho pinto beans with green chilis
- 1 16 ounce can crushed tomatoes w italian seasonings if you want.
- 1st cook the onion with olive oil till translucent, add the garlic lightly sautee, then add the turkey and cook -- put the spices over the turkey, then and tomatoes, beans -- that's it, bring to a boil and simmer as long as you want.
OH.... I almost forgot, put shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream on top if you want!!
