Here's my super easy, healthy turkey chili recipe.

  • 1 pound of turkey
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbs of cinnamon
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cans of rancho pinto beans with green chilis
  • 1 16 ounce can crushed tomatoes w italian seasonings if you want. 

  • 1st cook the onion with olive oil till translucent, add the garlic lightly sautee, then add the turkey and cook -- put the spices over the turkey, then and tomatoes,  beans -- that's it, bring to a boil and simmer as long as you want.  

OH.... I almost forgot, put shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream on top if you want!!
