Woman Accuses Jamie Foxx Of Sexual Assault, Actor Responds Swiftly

A woman is accusing actor/recording artist Jamie Foxx of slapping her with his genitals 16 years ago, TMZ is reporting.

"The alleged assault happened in Las Vegas back in 2002," the news outlet claims. "According to law enforcement, the accuser told cops last week she and a friend were attending a party at Jamie's place when he tried to get her to perform oral sex. She claims when she refused, Jamie struck her in the face with his penis."

The accuser adds that she was hospitalized for a panic attack the very next day after the alleged incident. Vegas PD says that an investigation is open for this case. But, Nevada has 3-year statue of limitations and this case is long past due, since we previously stated that the alleged encounter took place 16 years ago.

Foxx's team has already responded to the claims. The Oscar award-winning actor vehemently denies them. Foxx's lawyer Allison Hart issued a statement to TMZ. It reads: "Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him. The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman's absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story."

Hart added, "The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened."

The accuser credits the #MeToo Movement for giving her the courage to come forward with her story.
