Jessie Biggalo, a Florida teen was desperate to see her boyfriend. So desperate in fact that she hatched a plan to get a car to go see him. She ordered a pizza to her house, waited until the pizza delivery man had gone to the house, and then stole the car to go see her boyfriend. One high speed chase later, she was caught and arrested, but didn’t spend much time in custody. Her father on the other hand believes she should spend more time behind bars.
