After spending the day drinking at an all-day fishing tournament, Nancy Oakley, who served as the City Commissioner for Madeira Beach, FL went to a meeting where she accused co-workers of having an affair. After the meeting Oakley approached a male co-worker and allegedly licked "up the side of his neck and face" and grabbed his crotch and buttocks.
