Man Creates Coronavirus Pod for His Baby Son

A father, 30, in Shanghai, China created a 'coronavirus safety pod' to keep his son from getting infected by COVID-19

The coronavirus safety pod, designed by a man with the nickname 'Bai Ying' to isolate the child from outside elements, has it's own air purifier to keep harmful viruses out (coronavirus) and a glove to allow the parents to comfort the child. The air quality monitor monitors carbon dioxide as well as the temperature inside helps to keep the child comfortable.

Bai Ying was inspired by a video game called 'Death Stranding' when he created the pod. The pod was so popular on Douyin (China's version of TikTok) that he is in talks with manufacturers to mass-produce it.
