Got money?

San Diego's Little Italy made the top 10, "most expensive neighborhoods for renters" list (at number 7). To rent in LIttle Italy it'll cost you about $3,224.25 per month on average according to Apartment Guide.

Why is it so expensive? Well, for one, you've got a lot of great restaurants within walking distance nearby, you're a stone's throw away from the San Diego Bay, and you're next door to downtown San Diego.

Most expensive on the top 10 list was San Francisco’s Rincon Hill which can run you about $4,793 a month (no surprise here). Rounding out the other spots on the list were Koreatown in New York at $4,300 per month, The Villas in San Jose at $3,538, Beverly Grove in Los Angeles at $3,473, Waterfront in Seattle (near Puget Sound) at $2,909 per month, Downtown Austin at $2,360, and Downtown Phoenix at $1,530.
