A six-year-old child was hit in the back of her head from her dad's tee shot, from 20 yards away, at Sleepy Ridge Golf Course in Orem, Utah on Monday, July 15, 2019, around 10 AM.
She was sitting in a golf cart as her dad swung at the tee 20 yards away. The ball veered towards the golf cart and hit the child in the back of the head. She was flown to the hospital and died later that night around 9:25 PM.
