Friendly, People-Loving Cat Needs a Home!

Adopt Paranorman

This friendly feline has been dubbed Paranorman. This 3-year-old, 10-pound Domestic Short Hair cat has a brown and white Tabby coat.  Paranorman got his name when the care providers began seeing a lot of “Para-Norman activity” when he thought there was nobody watching. He was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society from another shelter through the Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS) program. He’s very affectionate. If you respond, he gives head-butts to encourage you not to stop.

As part of our weekly PET ADOPTION WEEKLY SEGMENT (PAWS), we're hoping you or someone you know will be interested in making Paranorman a part of the family.  Learn more about Paranorman.  PAWS is brought to you by Nick Adamo’s Farmer’s Insurance Agency.

The $100 adoption fee for Paranorman includes medical exam, vaccinations, neuter, and microchip. For more information call 760-753-6413, visit Rancho Coastal Humane Society at 389 Requeza Street in Encinitas, or log on to SDpets.org.Kennels and Cattery open 11 AM to 5 PM every day except Tuesday.

Nick Adamo is a huge dog lover and animal advocate. He started partnering with Rancho Coastal Humane Society two years ago because RCHS’ main goal is to encourage adoption of animals into permanent, loving homes. RCHS’ adoption process is tailored to find the best match between people and pets and also promote humane ideals through education and community outreach pets and people. Nick is proud to support Rancho Coastal Humane Society and all that they do for animals.
