Gentle, Hound-Boxer Mix Is Looking To Be Your New Best Friend.

Adopt a pet in San Diego: Rescue dogs and cats up for adoption are featured in partnership with the Rancho Coastal Humane Society animal shelter.

This calm and gentle pup is a 9 year old, 58 pound, female, Hound / Boxer mix who is one of the Motorcycle Dogs that arrived at the Rancho Coastal Humane Society with no names,  The care providers in the kennels named all of the dogs after brands of motorcycles, hence Aprillia, an Italian motorcycle.

Aprillia is reserved but when she gets into the yard to play with another dog, she becomes a youngster with boundless energy!

As part of our weekly PET ADOPTION WEEKLY SEGMENT (PAWS), we're hoping you or someone you know will be interested in making Aprillia a part of the family.  Learn more about Aprillia. PAWS is brought to you by Nick Adamo’s Farmer’s Insurance Agency.

The $145 adoption fee for Aprillia includes medical exam, vaccinations, neuter, and microchip. For more information call 760-753-6413, visit Rancho Coastal Humane Society at 389 Requeza Street in Encinitas, or log on to SDpets.org.Kennels and Cattery open 11 AM to 5 PM every day except Tuesday.
