Meet Pagoda! He's a 6-year-old, 14-pound, Japanese Chin and Spaniel mix that is friendly, silly, active, AND he gets along well with other dogs. Pagoda was a stray before he being transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through the FOCAS (Friends of County Animal Shelters) program. He’s friendly, silly, and active.
