I'm convinced Moms have a super power that allows them to literally make something out of nothing.
Case in point, Maxine Oliver. The 23-year-old mom from Britain said this November she hit a rough patch and fell behind on bills so she decided to create a tree for her children out of what she could find and afford.
Little did she know she ended up creating a viral sensation. Maxine created a tree out of surgical gloves that ended up costing her about $2.50.
It took her roughly 10 hours to create the tree that she started working on one night after her son fell asleep.
She decorated the tree with candy wrappers and paper ornaments.
Maxine said she hopes her design inspires others and also shows them that you don’t have to have a lot of money to spread Christmas cheer.
