Josh Duhamel brought his ex-wife Fergie flowers after she faced backlash for her rendition of the National Anthem at the NBA All-Star game on Sunday, February 18. The Safe Haven actor was photographed arriving to Fergie’s house on Monday with a bouquet of pink and red roses. According to E! News the card read “I love you.”
The hunk was dropping off their 4-year-old son, Axl, who was also reportedly carrying a card that read "I love you always and forever mommy." Josh later took to Instagram to share a card signed from Axl. “Love is so strong. Love cannot be broken," it read. "Love is so strong nobody can break it not even Hulk.”
As previously reported, Fergie was slammed on social media after she belted out the "Star-Spangled Banner." She's since released a statement.
"I've always been honored and proud to perform the national anthem, and last night I wanted to try something special for the NBA,” she shared. "I'm a risk taker artistically, but clearly this rendition didn't strike the intended tone. I love this country and honestly tried my best."
Fergie and Josh split this past September after eight years of marriage.
