5 Things Meghan Trainor Did To Lose 20 Pounds.
To me, Meghan Trainor looks fab at every size. But she credits fiance Daryl Sabara with helping her adopt her new healthier lifestlye. According to Delish, here's some of what Meghan has done to lose 20 pounds...
(1) She works out mostly every day and says that she's never felt better.
(2) She uses DVD workouts that focus on a different part of the body each day.
(3) She cooks to eat healthier. When we buy foods from restaurants, we don't always know what ingredients are included. But if you cook your own food, you control the ingredients & can make them healthier.
(4) She keeps her fridge stocked with healthier foods like turkey, chicken, lemon & water.
(5) She uses goals to keep her focused on her fitness. For instance, she keeps in mind that she wants to be fit & healthy for when she & Daryl decide to have kids one day.
I've also been focused more on being healthier & have been working out at Crunch Fitness. I use small goals to keep me focused like...the fact that I'll be seeing a cute guy in a few days...or that I wanna look great for our Star listeners at Star Night concert or that I'll be appearing on TV soon like I did last week on "The Talk" on CBS. Yes, the important part of working out is that it keeps me healthy, but a great side effect is looking good!
