I think what I'm most impressed with is that there's a DOUBLE "Southern" Staircase coming down to the front door. Almost like a Gone with the Wind kinda thing. Kelly put the house on the market last month. She bought it for 2.5 million, selling it now for 8.75. It's nice... but hey... I'm not sure it's not that nice. I have some swamp land in florida that IS a lake that you can get for much less.
