The acclaimed R & B, doo-wap and soul group, the "Motown Miracles" will honor Veterans by holding a concert on Veterans Day, Monday, November 11, 2019 starting at 3:00 p.m. at Humphreys on Shelter Island. Doors open at 1:00 p.m.
The group was famous during the 50's, 60's and 70's for their Motown hits such as "You've Really Got a Hold on Me," "Going to a Go-Go," "I Second that Emotion," "Tears of a Clown," "Tracks of My Tears." In 2012, the Miracles were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
The concert is free for all Veterans and their families and is hosted by the VA San Diego Healthcare System.
