Adopt a pet in San Diego: Rescue dogs and cats up for adoption are featured in partnership with the Rancho Coastal Humane Society animal shelter.
Blair is a 1-year old, 40 pound, female, Boxer mix with a Mohawk that runs from her the top of her head, down her back, and onto her tail. She’s a little bit shy, but it doesn’t take long for her to warm up to people once she figures out that they want to be nice to her.
Blair needs to be around people or anther dog most of the time. She really doesn’t like being left alone. It makers her cry. If you already have a dog, if you work from home, or you have a job that allows you to take your dog along, Blair would love that. She might also like having some kids 8 years or older to play with.
Blair was transferred from a Mississippi animal sanctuary through the FOCAS program.
As part of our weekly PET ADOPTION WEEKLY SEGMENT (PAWS), we're hoping you or someone you know will be interested in making Blair a part of the family. Learn more about Big Tex. PAWS is brought to you by Nick Adamo’s Farmer’s Insurance Agency.
The $145 adoption fee for Blair includes medical exam, vaccinations, neuter, and microchip. For more information call 760-753-6413, visit Rancho Coastal Humane Society at 389 Requeza Street in Encinitas, or log on to SDpets.org.Kennels and Cattery open 11 AM to 5 PM every day except Tuesday.
