This holiday season, we need your help feeding your San Diego County neighbors in need.
You can help families in our community by donating at your local Albertsons or Vons! From November 29 through December 25, please donate a $5 pre-filled Hunger Bag at checkout at your local Albertsons or Vons supermarket. Each bag contains our “most needed” food items that will be distributed to families in need this holiday season.
Every San Diego County Albertsons and Vons location is participating in our Holiday Food Drive campaign, so please visit your neighborhood supermarket and make a difference today!
Help The San Diego Food Bank provide meals to local low-income military families and families facing hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

For every $1 donation, the Food Bank can provide 5 meals to families in need. And if you donate before December 31, you can deduct your donation on your 2020 taxes.

Wondering what holiday gift to buy a friend or family member? Give the gift of food to a family in need on their behalf. Donate to the Food Bank as a holiday gift for a loved one online, and your honoree will receive a letter of acknowledgement and thanks from the Food Bank.

Virtual Food Drive – Donate Food Online:
You can now donate food online securely with your credit card! It’s easy! We’ll receive the donation and distribute food to families in need.
