A man is dead after being shot inside a bar in the Gaslamp Quarter.
Police say they received calls from a number of people Sunday afternoon, who were on the third floor of the Cielo Rooftop Lounge, located along 6th Avenue.
When police arrived, they found a man on the sidewalk in front of the business. He was being held down by several people who identified him as the shooter.
37 year old Bryan Tyner from San Diego was arrested and is being booked into the San Diego County Jail on one count of murder.
