Balboa Park Spring Fling Food Truck Festival 2019

Balboa Park Spring Fling Food Truck Festival

Balboa Park becomes one of Southern California’s hottest spring break destinations this year when the Balboa Park Conservancy launches the newest installment of its wildly popular food truck event series, turning Balboa Park’s Central Mesa into a massive foodie festival!

From April 15 to 19, more than a dozen of San Diego’s most popular food trucks will line the El Prado walkway and Plaza de Panama. Live bands and dancers will perform on the Plaza stage, and various park and community organizations will host free hands-on activities for kids. Food trucks will be in the park beginning at 12 noon, with live entertainment starting at 4:00 p.m. (see schedule below). There will also be a rotating selection of games and activities on the Plaza, including giant checkers, hula hoops, bowling, cornhole, and giant tumbling blocks.
