Judge Drops Murder Charges for Mother Found with Dead Babies

Judge Janet Kenton-Walker dropped a murder charge against mother Erika Murray, 35, after authorities found the remains of 3 infant babies inside hoarder home.

The judge believed that 'because there is no evidence her baby was born alive' the charges must be dropped. Murray's attorney Keith Halpert said that there was not enough evidence to support any of the charges.

Erika Murray was originally charged for 2 out of the 3 deaths of the 3 dead babies found in her closet. Murray told the courtroom that she panicked when she gave birth to a stillborn baby.
