Sweet Bulldog Mix Needs A New Family

Meet Kona, a 8-1/2 year old, 83 pound, female, American Bulldog mix up for adoption at the Rancho Coastal Humane Society.

Kona was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society five years ago through the Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS) program. She was adopted, but has now been returned because her owner is moving. She’s a friendly dog who just wants to hang out. To be completely honest, Kona needs exercise to lose a few pounds.

The $75 adoption fee for Kona includes medical exams, vaccinations, spay, registered microchip, and a one-year license if her new home is in the jurisdiction of San Diego Humane Society’s Department of Animal Services. To schedule an Adoption by Appointment or to become a Virtual Foster for any of Rancho Coastal Humane Society’s pets log on to www.SDpets.org.

Nick Adamo is a huge dog lover and animal advocate. He started partnering with Rancho Coastal Humane Society two years ago because RCHS’ main goal is to encourage adoption of animals into permanent, loving homes. RCHS’ adoption process is tailored to find the best match between people and pets and also promote humane ideals through education and community outreach pets and people. Nick is proud to support Rancho Coastal Humane Society and all that they do for animals.
