Our good friend Brian Baumgartner zoomed into the show this week to take us inside his brand new BBQ Cookbook 'Seriously Good BBQ Cookbook'! He released his Chili cookbook last year but now he's digging into the BBQ game which he says is a real passion project for him. He talked about some of his favorite recipes in the book including his Elote recipe which Mario is fired up to make himself. He also talked about everything else he's been up to, his podcast 'Off The Beat' and much more!
