The owner of a Powerball ticket sold in El Cajon is a big winner after matching 5 numbers, except the powerball number.
The California Lottery says it's worth $190,341.
Powerball tickets in other states are worth one to two million dollars if you match at least 5 numbers, but California law requires major payoffs from winnings.
The winning numbers are 7, 14, 24, 30, 56 and the Powerball number was 7.
The jackpot was worth $20 million, and nobody got all six in Wednesday's drawing.
Saturday's jackpot now increases to $47-million dollars.
