San Diego's hospitals are among the best in the country.
That's according to the U.S. News and World Report's hospital ranks for 2025/26.
University of California San Diego Health, Scripps Health and several Sharp Health campuses helped San Diego make it to the top of the rankings in special ties, but none of them made the National Honor Roll.
Take the number one spot in the San Diego region for the sixth year in a row was UCSD. Scripps La Jolla Hospital was ranked number 2 overall in San Diego and sixth in California.
UCSD came in fifth in the state, just above Scripps.
