Sometimes it gets really really hot in Florida... so you kinda do anything to cool off, or cool someone else off. 2 Tampa Bay coworkers found themselves having an argument during work and it seemed to fester during the rest of the shift. After work, 71 year old male, Joel Benjamin followed the female coworker out of the restaurant and back to her residence. He then chased her down when she went out to walk her dog and shot her. Thankfully it was non-lethal as she was shot with a water pistol, but there wasn't water in this pisstol... It was urine. Benjamin admitted to deputies that he did shoot the woman, and stated that he would, "do it again." Benjamin has been charged with one count of battery.
