All children are welcome to attend and receive a free, new book while they enjoy refreshments and entertainment in San Diego's beautiful Balboa Park. 2022 marks the 38th year of the Children's Book Party event organized by Reading Literacy Learning, Inc., which has donated over a million free books to San Diego children.
