Adopt a pet in San Diego: Rescue dogs and cats up for adoption are featured in partnership with the Rancho Coastal Humane Society animal shelter.
This feline likes to dance, so she was given the name Macarena! She’s a 2 year old, 8 pound, female, Domestic Short Hair cat with a Torbie coat. That’s Tortoiseshell and Tabby. Macarena dances in her enclosure. She’s very active. Of course, when she dances, sometimes she breaks into song. The care providers think it’s her version of karaoke. When she’s not dancing and singing, Macarena plays with her cat toys or goes exploring.
As part of our weekly PET ADOPTION WEEKLY SEGMENT (PAWS), we're hoping you or someone you know will be interested in making Macrena a part of the family. Learn more about Macarena. PAWS is brought to you by Nick Adamo’s Farmer’s Insurance Agency.
The $100 adoption fee for Macarena includes medical exam, vaccinations, neuter, and microchip. For more information call 760-753-6413, visit Rancho Coastal Humane Society at 389 Requeza Street in Encinitas, or log on to SDpets.org.Kennels and Cattery open 11 AM to 5 PM every day except Tuesday.
